Things you will need is: Tissue paper, Cardboard Scissors Tape Make nine flowers.I used 3 peaces each of light and dark tissue paper. Make the flower as shone in the video except use 1 sheets of paper instead of 8 to make the flowers. I cut folded the paper in half than cut it so that all flowers are made with 4 pieces of paper. Finish the flowers as shone the video, then cut out a 16" circle from cardboard. Use a dinner plate to cut out the middle piece. Put tape on the back of the flowers, and stick to circle.
