 I received some Gold Label Virgin Coconut Oil as a free sample in the mail.  I was excited to try out the product. This company has very fast shipping! And the item was very well packaged! I was pleasantly surprised.
  The coconut oil is very good. It taste just like fresh coconuts! I have tried the Coconut Oil on bread as a spread and it tasted delicious. I also fried shrimp in it and it tasted lovely! The shrimps were lovely! They came out a nice golden brown. Here are some different ways that you can use  this product.

  I think this is a lovely product but I would only buy it once in a while because it is a little expansive. But it is wroth the cost because it is all natural and have many uses besides using for cooking.  I like to use coconut oil for my hair. It makes my hair feel very soft, like silk.
