This Dvd is very easy to follow. The instructor gives clear instructions and this is a good learning tool.My daughter and I really enjoyed dancing with this dvd. It is so easy to use my 5 year old daughter can easily follow along.

It's not oily, goes on smooth and leaves no greasy residue. If you have dry skin you would use it under whatever cream works best for you. Excellent combined with shea butter.
