Udemy is a website that have a Martial Arts class online that is for children. Although the primary benefit of training  is self defense children will also gain in other areas. Such as:

Respect- They will learn the protocols and meanings of these protocols. these are designed to teach respect for oneself and others.

Discipline- Our martial arts instruction is inspiring. Children will be inspired to work hard and will thereby naturally develop self discipline.

Physical Fitness - Classes are energetic. Children will get lots of exercise.

Coordination - Shou' Shu' develops coordination. Especially due to that large amount of cross lateral motions. Cross lateral motions have been shown to enhance learning. Especially helpful for kids with ADD, ADHD, Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, Dyscalculia or similar.

      I  believe that this is a great program. The only problem that I have with the program, is  that when the children are showing some of the Martial Arts moves they yell, which is very annoying! But besides that it is a cool program that can help your child feel good about themselves and also learn to protect them selves. Herbal Essences Body Wash Review

I  like scented body wash. My favorite kind of body is from Bath & Body Works, but it's good to try new things so I signed up for the sample share on Crowdtap.com, to try out Herbal Essences Body Wash. And its a nice product. I tried the Herbal Essences Body Wash in Hello Hydration Coconut . It has a nice scent and it lathers up well. I will definitely be buying other scents because while I like shower gels from Bath & Body Works, it can be expansive if you don't have a coupon.
So  next time I need some shower gel I will head to Walmart and get the lovely shower gel from Herbal Essences!

Revenge of the Viper Review

The second book, Revenge of the Viper, leaves off where the first ends. You learn a little more about Sam and his background. With great action and darker magic you learn more about his past and his family. His mom is introduced as a waitress but you soon find out she's more than that. The more you read, the more you learn the truth about Haven.
