Blaze of Glory by M. Garzon Review

I received the ebook Blaze of Glory to review, and I was excited to start reading the book. I love to read and this book  pulled me in from the beginning and I could not stop reading. I finished the book in one day, as I just had to know how it ended.
Tea is a young girl with a strong will and fiery spirit. She has a love for animals and a deep understanding of horses. Her brother Seth is funny and compassionate, and it shows that he and Tea are more than just brother and sister--they are true friends. Jaden enters the story as someone that you would think is self centered or snobbish, but over time you can see how passionate and caring he truly is. I enjoyed reading about horses and working on a farm. Everything was explained well and I was able to become familiar with the way they spoke about horse and riding competitions.
I loved the romance that unfolded in the story. As Tea starts to realize she has feelings for someone who is forbidden, she has to make the choice to act on those feelings or choose to live without the one she loves. I  think all teenagers go though periods of so called "love," but M. Garzon truly built a romance that was based on something deeper than simple teenage lust.

I felt a sense of sadness in the end, as I usually do when a good book comes to end. The book does give closure and an ending, but there are other questions to be answered and just other things I would like to know. I am excited to know that M. Garzon is currently working on the sequel to this book, and I will definitely read it as soon as it is published.

I think this book is appropriate for older teenagers and women.
There are passionate passages of the book,  that would be unsuitable for younger teens. I believe that this would make a great TV series.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
