I like the lotion. It's thinner than standard lotions that I have used, but still creamy. It absorbs quickly into the skin and does not feel greasy or leave a residue. It left my skin feeling smooth and soft.
The one thing that I really don't like about the lotion is the scent. It's called Essence of Lavender, but in the main scent in the bottle is turmeric. And wow , it's very strong. If turmeric is a scent you enjoy than it may not be too bad, however it's not one that I enjoy. It takes several hours for the smell to dissipate. Once the turmeric scent dies down then you get a hint of lavender if I hold my arm, where I applied the lotion, close to my nose. Otherwise I can't smell the lavender at all. This lotion also come with a card that has some nice recipes for face masks that you can make from home.
While I may finish the rest of this bottle, I'm sure that I will not buy another as I don't like the strong smell of turmeric. If you like the scent of turmeric, then I would recommend trying it.
