Keeping up with exercise

One way to lose weight is to not eat any thing but fruit after 10:00 pm.I have been doing that for almost a month now an I have lost 10 pounds.It will be a month January 31.Also I have been exercising 4 times a week. Except for last week I only exercised once.But ate less food,so hopefully I didn't do too much damage!
